Here you’ll find some of our sample menus. We custom design every job to fit your budget, diet, the weather, what’s in season from our garden and local farmers, where your crew needs to be served etc. We add new dishes all the time so please don’t hesitate to make requests!

Breakfast trays

  • BLT's -pepper bacon, roasted or sliced tomato, lettuce and Duke's mayo on fresh white bread

  • Mini-biscuits with ham and swiss or white cheddar and tomato jam

  • Pastry Selection – fresh made croissants, danishes and homemade pop tarts 

  • Seasonal fruit and cheese pairings

  • Spanish tortilla squares

Boxed lunch served with pasta salad, kale salad, or chips and apple or cookie

  • Banh mi – chicken or grilled mushroom with pickled radishes and carrots, fresh herbs and homemade mayo on a baguette

  • Cuban – roast pork and ham with swiss cheese, pickles and creamy mustard on grilled baguette

  • Pimento cheese - spinach and roasted tomatoes on sliced white or wheat

  • Roast turkey – granny smith apples, bacon and sharp cheddar on a sub roll

  • Italian hero - ham and salami, provolone, roasted peppers, herbs, oil and vinegar on sub roll

  • Caprese - fresh mozzarella with pesto, spinach and tomatoes on ciabatta bread

  • Chicken salad –  with green olives, almonds, fresh herbs and lemon aioli on sliced white or wheat

  • Tuna salad –  with yellow curry aioli, green onions, red peppers and sunflower seeds on sliced white or wheat

Breakfast buffet – served with juice and coffee

  • Healthy breakfast bar - greek yogurt with homemade granola, and assorted nuts, seeds and fruit

  • Basic breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes or grits, biscuit or toast

  • Breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, black beans and/or chorizo and cheese served with homemade salsa and guacamole, fruit salad and potatoes

  • Brioche french toast with homemade seasonal fruit compote, served with scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage

  • Quiche – mushroom and goat cheese, spinach and tomato or ham and gruyere, served with seasonal fruit salad and potatoes

  • Biscuit sandwich bar – homemade buttermilk biscuits with an assortment of toppings such as egg, country ham, bacon, sausage, milk gravy, assorted cheeses, vegetables and homemade jams and condiments. Served with grits or potatoes and fruit salad. 

  • Shrimp and grits – low country style with mushrooms, bacon, green onion and a rich sauce served on creamy cheese grits

  • Huevos rancheros – fried eggs with black beans, wilted spinach, pico de gallo and avocado on a corn tortilla (available from the mobile kitchen only)
