Owner-operator Dani Nation's life-long obsession with good food began with a fondness for her great-grandmother, Saphronia Vanover's, homemade buttermilk biscuits and grew into an unabashed love of farmers markets, fish fries and reinvented junk-food classics. When she's not on the job she can be found hunting for the best tacos in town or growing tomatoes and talking to dogs like a good Southern lady is supposed to.
